Alargan Towell Investment co (LLC) was formed in 2003 as an equal partnership between W.J.Towell & Co group of companies (LLC) and ALARGAN International Real Estate Co. with a mission to develop middle income real estate housing solutions. Our mission has widened since to encompass the immense opportunities provided by the beauty and diverse nature of Oman.

W.J.Towell & Co. is an Omani pioneer real estate developer. Madinat Al- Sultan Qaboos (MSQ) was one of the visions and was developed as early as 1973. Owing to a diverse product line that includes luxury homes, town houses, apartments, retail, and office space and professional property management in tune with customer needs and aspirations, MSQ remains today a highly sought after address in Muscat.

Established in 1994 in Kuwait, Alargan International Real Estate Co has acquired an extensive knowledge of all property types from garden-style walk ups to luxury high-rise buildings and commercial properties.

As a result of an excellent track record and success, ALARGAN International Real Estate Co. began to expand into Oman in 2003, followed by its entry in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, and a number of other new markets.

As of July 23, 2007, ALARGAN International Real Estate Co. has become a public trading company in the Kuwait stock market.
